Giuliana Rancic has undergone double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery and is "doing really well" her husband Bill Rancic says. The couple had been doing the talk show TV circuit to talk about breast cancer and Giuliana's surgery and have been open with the press about their ordeals.

"Everyone goes through this when they have breast cancer and surgery," said Giuliana in an interview last week. "We wanted people to know that they're not alone in it."

Bill Rancic recently appeared in the LA Times to talk to reporters about his wife, post-surgery. He revealed that he was given the chance to choose her "new look" after the reconstruction and that his wife joked "Bill.. that big?"

The surgery reportedly went without any problems and she is expected to recover and be able to talk to the press soon.
